Shipping Expectations

Deep Willy Merchstore ships to both domestic and international customers via USPS. The price of each option is dependent on the products in your order and the shipping destination. Please input all of your shipping information into the check out page to generate a price for your shipping location.

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Estimated shipping times vary based on where you live. Notifications and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as the package is shipped. Transit days are Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.

International

• DUTY & VAT TAXES (CUSTOMS FEES): These fees are not included in the shipping price of your order. These fees are calculated at the shipping destination and must be paid upon delivery. Depending on the country, different fees will apply. Deep Willy Merchstore is based in the USA. All orders are processed in USD.
• USPS First Class International: (2-8 business weeks after ship date) Price is dependent on destination. Detailed tracking information is not offered with this service.
• USPS Priority International: (6-15 business days after ship date) Price is dependent on destination. Detailed tracking information is available with this service.
